It is the year 2188. People have finally realized that idiots are the cause for all the worlds troubles. Therefor they have begun prosecuting them in the court of law and sentencing those found guilty to death. Steve Avion is a young lawyer who believes that idiots should not be treated this way and fights for them, even if it means loosing his best friend who fights for the smart. Cain Andrews is a man charged as a moron and looks to prove his innocence. Will he live or die? Will Steve finally realize that he's fighting for the wrong side? And why can't we really do this? I wrote this play for my Drama III class, and I feel it's theme holds true to my site. I hope you enjoy it as much as my classmates did. |
