Knock, knock!  Avon calling!
Lovely Spring afternoon
Pictured at left is Storm, my Halloween kitty, a stray that showed up two weeks before the holiday.  She's a joy....playful, sweet, very people-oriented.  When I ventured outside to take pics, both her and Thunder had to tag along.  The Clematis vine is full of buds, can't wait to see what it looks like curled around my new birdhouse all in flower.  Not long after taking this pic I found out why Storm seemed to be so interested in it.  A pair of Black-capped Chickadees has decided to move in.  So much for Tony's comment, "Aint no birds gonna go in there".....lol    : )

I love it when he's wrong!
Pictured at right another view from the street.  Both Apple trees are in bloom, when the wind blows the petals fall like it's snowing, very enchanting.  My dearest dream, one I've played hell trying to let die to no avail, is to see a big, black horse up on the hill in the background.  We've cleared a lot since we moved in, briars and weeds used to come all the way down to the back of the house and sheds.  It's been slow going, but hopefully this summer new fencing will go up.  Good, sturdy fencing  to hold my life's dream closer to my heart!

Oh, but to dream....to dream is divine!
