Chiko is a strange dragoness to meet, with eccentric habits and unusual beliefs about the world and her place in it. She’s the mad old crone living off by herself in the woods that people always tell fearful stories about and that children come to love. She knows any amount of strange remedies and sound advice, supposedly learning her knowledge from the spirits in the wood she inhabits. Truthfully, many people believe /her/ to be a spirit herself, as she uses her powers of invisibility and intangibility to good effect.
