Name: Verdrat
Gender Male
Color Star studded Black
Bond None, but looking.
Personality Verdrat is a quiet dragon, though not truly shy. He just goes by the motto that, with so many people being the talkers, there has to be someone to listen to it all. He rarely speaks his own opinion on something, unless directly asked, and even then he's often secretive about his thoughts. No one can pry from him the knowledge of where he comes from, either.

No one yet has seen this side of Verdrat, for he rarely finds himself caught in such a situation, but if necessary, he can take command of an entire wing or even an entire clan of dragons in order to lead them through something. He only stays in command long enough to get them through the troubles, though, before he quietly vanishes, leaving the dragons on their own in safety.
Abilities: Verdrat is highly telepathic, perhaps because the visor acts as an enhancer of his voice, but when he wants to be heard, rest assured than he can make even those who normally can't hear telepathy hear him. The two floating balls hovering in his wings are what allow him to fly, using an advanced mixing of technology and magic, though it's currently unknown as to what the smaller floating balls around his neck do, or if they're just there for show. Likewise it's unknown what the silver gauntlet around his lower right leg does, though it does control something mechanical, judging from the way Verdrat treats it.
Futuristic Verdrat
He was one of those oddities that occasionally found their way into the Clan, a black dragon with a few stars studding his hide, an odd sight to see. That, though, was not the oddest of him. His eyes were covered by a blue visor, and his neck was ringed with several small hovering balls of dark purple that occasionally flashed brightly, though only he seemed to know why.

His wings looked as if they shouldn't be able to lift him from the ground, and it was a mystery to many how the odd wing tines stayed in place, since they weren't connected to the main wing arm in the slightest. Another of the purple balls hovered within the gold crescent that the wing tines should have been connected too, and it, also, flashed brightly on occasion, and glowed with a steady light whenever he flew.

For those that could get over the wings, his lower legs proved the next, and last, challenge. Around his lower right front leg was an odd 'gauntlet' of sorts, with colored buttons and gray pads set in it, and he could often be spotted sitting on his hind legs, poking at the buttons with his left paw. A green cable of some sort was wrapped around his lower left front leg, attaching just below his knee, and then again right above his ankle. His hind legs both had thin wires attached at his ankle, and then again at about the middle of his lower leg, though since they were as black as his hide, the only way one could see one of the wires was when it was bent so that it was clear of his leg, otherwise, his hind legs appeared normal.

None in the Clan knew where he had come from, and those who asked never got an answer.
