I grew up surrounded by female influence. Despite this fact, I've always had a very difficult time connecting to women on a romantic level. I'm a bit repressed perhaps, which is completely self inflicted, but nonetheless a problem. Due to this fact, I've had relatively few romances, but all of them have been significant.
Apparently, and this was news to me, I'm attractive. Still, women were never more than companions to me until I attended university. After that, everything changed. I won't lie. I have had a few one night stands. I'm not proud of it. But for the most part, all of my romantic endeavors have been at least somewhat long lasting. I've been engaged twice and been involved in four significant relationship. Each relationship changed me. |
