I learned to crochet from a friend.  She taught me the basic granny square. It was a granny that kept on going.

I decided that I wanted more out of my new hobby.  I purchased the book Crocheting in Plain English. I have given it away to friends twice and no longer have a copy of my own.

I can't remember the author's name, but her style of writing inspired me with this website. If a kid like me could learn to crochet with a book several years ago., well so could you.

By the way, this book comes highly recomended from me. Enjoy
