I don't have any pictures of German or Polish streamliners yet, but Gunter Krebs' Uncommon steam locomotives website is a fantastic resource with info and images of just about every streamlined loco on earth! And check out Jerry D Stawarz's picture of a German 03.10 in original streamlining 'preserved' in Poland (link appears to be broken). In Germany, the shells were removed about 1948; in Poland they just left them like they were. A similar 01.1102 was re-streamlined in Germany in 1995. Also take a look at the story of this experimental German V-8 streamliner (link appears to be broken). It was moved to the USA and scrapped in 1952.
I'm grateful to John Richards for informing me about streamliners in Iraq! Namely the PC class 4-6-2 (Robert Stephenson & Hawthorns, 1940) - see some photos here. More info on Iraq's locos here.
