Here's a collection of people that I have current contact info for. If you'd like to add your name to the list, or would like to touch "base" again with someone on it, then email me. Looking at the 400 & 411 Nominal Roll - Other Ranks for 1979 & 1981, there were alot of other names. Can you provide info for a few more? Unit members from other years & active members with 400 Sqn today are welcome to join!
It's rumoured that many of the past member's contact info was lost when the Squadron moved from Downsview to Borden in 1996, or due to a computer crash! I'm sure we can help put it back together.

M.B. (Mel) Pepper (400, 1941-43) Mel flew Mustangs when he managed to get shot down on a night intruder op. He spent about 4 months with two French families in Normandy and was then picked up by the Germans and sent off to der vaterland to wait out the end of the war as a POW.  Mel would like to hear from anyone who was with 400 from 1941 to 1943. He welcomes contact from air or ground crew that were at Odiham, Dunsfold, Trebelzu or Portreath. Mel Pepper
