Mike was a member of this Air Reserve Sqn in Montreal & has a great
collection of online photos.
401 RamPage - the unofficial home
of 401 Squadron
401 squadron was one of our sister Air Reserve squadrons in Montreal. Like
411 squadron, it has been disbanded. However, these past members have put
together a great site in tribute. They've compiled quite a list of past members,
have great photos of the Otter era, and have some "dirty songs" that I never
heard!
411 City of North York

One of the two squadrons located at Toronto, 411 was disbanded a few years
ago. This site honours the memory and has much info from the Squadron History
Book. Also photos, member directory, links, etc.
The 5BX Plan for Physical
Fitness
In 1958, the RCAF published its own booklet of exercises for physical fitness.
In the 70's the book was still available. Here is a web version. I recommend
the plan.
It only takes 11 minutes a day & no equipment is needed.
