No, they are not
show dogs, nor some kind of heroes. They are part of our family
and we love them.

Meet Mooch (our
grumpy old man)
Meet Tater (our
little princess)
Pets give us unconditional love, is it
asking too much to give some back?

Meet Sam (our
michievous little imp)

Meet Misty (our
sweet doll baby)
Did you know that gently
stroking an animal has a true calming effect on humans and can
actually lower ones blood pressure.

Pets are living, breathing, feeling
creatures. Not disposable toys to be tossed aside when they
become inconvenient. Please, before adopting a pet, ask yourself
the following questions:
1. Am I ready to make a commitment to
this animal for the rest of it's natural life (which, depending
on the pet, could be as much as 20 years )
2. Does this pet fit my life style,
both present and expected future?
3. Do I realize this pet costs more
than just the purchase price? There is the cost of food,
veterinary care, etc.
4. Does this pet suit my personality?
Yes, I said personality. Different types of animals, different
breeds, all have different basic personalities. Do some research.
Find one that suits yours.
About 40 percent of all puppies
purchased are returned to the breeders, abandoned, given up to
shelters, or worse. Why? Because these questions were not asked
before the purchase was made.
