Serikon Silky Terrors
Trouble is our middle name....
My friend Patty C. said of Silky Terriers.
"They are delightful little dogs. They are
every bit a true terrier, and can be
strong-willed and hard headed. They are a
very devoted little breed and very interactive
with their people, but sometimes a bit
standoffish with strangers. I could not
imagine life without one (or two, or three,
or four). I have, and love other breeds,
but the Silkys are really something
special. They sure think so anyway."
CH CASA DE CASEY HER MAJESTY CD
"Casandra" 1981 to 1996
Casandra was my very first Silky and the most alpha true terrier
I have ever had. She ruled with an absolute iron paw. Puppies thought
it great sport to bark at her (from a safe distance) and live. Few in the
show world are so privileged to be entrusted with such a great first dog.
CH STARPHIRES SIR ROYALINE CD
"Sundance" 1984 to 1999
What a fun guy!! So many people do not understand how special, loving
and devoted a boy can be. Sundance was my first homebred champion. He
finished rather easily but was never destined to be the next great showdog
Though only bred twice he left quite a legacy in his kids.
AKC/CKC CH SERIKON HRH MASHALLAH CD CGC
"Elizabeth aka Lizzie"
Passed to the Rainbow Bridge March 1999
Elizabeth, heart of my heart, I cannot express the pain that still resides
in my heart at her loss. She was lost to cancer at the incredibly young
age of 8 years. I took her to the University of Oklahoma Veterinary Teaching
Hospital at Stillwater, but she could not be saved.
Her name "Mashallah" translates to Special Gift of God which she truly was.
