Steve Wilson, being the Chief Instructor, has been a qualified Trainer and Assessor since 1994, is a member of the IVA (The Independent Organisation for Licensed Verifiers & Assessors) and a member of the Institute for Learning (IfL). He has continued his professional development throughout his career, having achieved the Certificate in Education (Cert Ed) through the University of Central Lancashire (UCLAN).
He is a qualified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), IHCD First Person on Scene as well as an active Community First Responder within his home town (trained by North West Ambulance Service as a First Responder).
