** Shut down everything on your computer except your browser and internet connection. Then try launching PageBuilder. If you have Large programs running simultaneously, they may be using up the RAM on your computer. PageBuilder reqires at least 32 MB of RAM to run.
** It is common to have Java...but you may not have it enabled! You can do this by:
1- Tools (On netscape, Internet Explorer)
2- Internet options
3- Advanced (tab)
4- Scroll down til you see "JAVA VM" or "JAVA (Sun)" and "JIT" needs to have a check mark by it. If you are still haveing problems, try checking and unchecking boxes, re-starting, and you can get PB to launch!!

** I know in an above suggestion, I have mentioned that you need to disable your firewall and or pop-up blocker, even an anti-virus depending on program. However, it's not only your firewalls and such preventing pagebuilder to launch! You need to disable and/or exit every program running on your computer EXCEPT your connection to the internet and your browser (pagebuilder). If you have "Task Scheduler" you cannot exit or disable, but pause it. If you have a sound Icon or a Display icon on your taskbar, dont worry about it, it will not effect PB.
You can exit/disable/pause by right-clicking your mouse (or left clicking if you have a left hand mouse setting) the icon on your taskbar (desktop). A little file list will come up and you need to select "Disable" or "Pause" or "Exit".
