Episode 3 - The One who Fell To Earth
Aya, Suzumi and Yuuhi are all sitting around, and Suzumi starts by apologizing to Aya for forcing her to stay with them, but she didn't want her to be killed because she was a tennyo. She starts to tell the story, of how the fisherman sees a tennyo bathing in the water, so steals her hagoromo so she can't return to heaven, and he made her his wife. But that's as far as she gets when Aya says that she knows about that story, and it was only a myth and had nothing to do with her. Suzumi says she is the descendant of that very tennyo.
There are many stories passed around all over, and they each differ in separate ways, but it was, in fact true. And the Mikage has protected its bloodline for a very long time, but through the generations, the human side would mostly show, and they would seem normal. But in some cases, the tennyo blood is strong, especially in the women. Aya yells out that she's lying, and it was just a myth, but Suzumi says that she sensed her power, and had people check on the Mikage. Yuuhi looks confused. "Sensed?" Suzumi then admits to being descended from a tennyo as well. Now Yuuhi is in shock. XD To prove it, Suzumi shows of what little power she possessed, and makes a fan float in mid air, then open and fan the now collapsed Yuuhi.
She says Aya's power is greater, and Aya thinks to when she fell from the bridge that day, and floated, and also when she felt something happen to her, causing that mummified hand explode. But she's still in denial, and still thinks Suzumi is a liar. So she says she's leaving and opens the door, but Suzumi closes it with her powers, and tells Aya that the Mikage have killed many many girls over the generations that were just like her, and she wouldn't speak of it anymore if she only stayed with them, because she didn't want her to die.
Now we're in a hospital, and see a certain blonde bishounen covered from head to toe in bandages, due to certain scars that appeared all over his body just before. Aki wakes up, his mother at his bedside, happy to see he was okay. She explains that he has many cuts all over his body, but he was going to be fine. Aki doesn't seem to remember how exactly he got those scars, so recalls when he and Aya went into the house and... bam! Aya! Aki remembers some stuff that happened and tried to get up, asking where Aya is, but being still hurt [heck, who wouldn't be with that much loss of blood?] and lays back down. When he asks what happened to Aya and his father, his mother doesn't answer.
Aya is sitting in the hall, looking out into the garden, thinking about her family and the tennyo, and wonders why she has to be killed. But she's taken from those thoughts when she notices Yuuhi looming over her, he tells her he made her food, and that she better eat if she didn't wanna get weak, after she ate, she could go back to worrying [;o; Yuuhi is so sweet!]. He adds that he found a few things in her pockets, and when she looks to see what they were, she sees a small package wrapped up in a bow. It was the present she got for Aki. Blood-colored earrings.
Knock knock, Kagami comes into Aki's hospital room, but Aki seems pretty pissed off. He says to Kagami he was like everybody else, not telling him anything about his father or Aya. Kagami says he wasn't like that, and introduces him to Tooya, who was hired to find the two. He adds that Aki may confide in Tooya as well, and he should concentrate on getting better first. Outside of Aki's door we see a mysterious long-haired sexy bishounen waiting for Kagami by the name of Wei Fei Li. :D
Now we're back to Suzumi and Yuuhi, who is getting a new 'job'. Suzumi is telling him to put a headband on, with a strange symbol on it that we've all seen before, he also has on wristbands. Suzumi sewed them overnight [Told you the sewing box was important! XD], and made them to protect the tennyo! She sewed on that symbol of the tennyo, that has been in her mind since she was born, and from now on, Yuuhi would be Aya's official bodyguard. Yuuhi seems to not like that idea much, and when he reaches up to take off the headband he gets shocked! .. Literally. Suzumi says that only someone with tennyo blood can remove it.
In a car, Kagami and Tooya are going for a cruise. Kagami talks to Tooya about Aki and Aya being twins, and that Aki was very important for the Mikage. He then tells Tooya not to kill Aya much like grandpa wanted, of course not to tell him. There was much more to her powers, and Kagami wanted to know more about it. For a split second we see the side of Wei's head. :x So now Tooya's job is to keep an eye on her and make sure she's safe. And adds that he cannot refuse him, and Tooya questions the family as a whole being of tennyo blood. Kagami replies that Aya is the direct descendant.
We see a note on a desk that simply reads "Thank you for everything - Aya." Looks like she doesn't plan on staying there, so she starts home, thinking that when she walks in it will have all been a dream and things will be normal.
Kagami, Tooya and Wei [!!!!! :: scream ::] all walk into the building and go on up to the 50th floor. Tooya and Kagami are still talking, and Kagami places a briefcase down in front of him that in order to watch over Aya, he'll need these items. While Tooya looks in there, Kagami gets a call from the men spying on Aya, saying she's returned to her house, Kagami says to just keep watch. And what does Tooya get? His very own car!! And his own gun, isn't that swell?!
Aya's home now, and looking around her empty house, noting that it feels like forever since she's been there. Looking into Aki's room, she sees his CD player laying on his desk, thinking of how he was always sitting there with his headphones on, so he couldn't hear when she called him. Now she's on the couch, thinking of her father calling out that he was home.
Suzumi's angry at Yuuhi, because Aya's gone, and she told him to keep a close eye on her, Yuuhi asks even follow her into the bathroom. XD Suzumi asks if he would mind, and Yuuhi has a small thought, this makes his headband shock him again [bad hentai Yuuhi! But then again if that were the case that headband would have shocked him more often. :x]. So Suzumi calls Q-san to get the car ready, and off they speed, Yuuhi begging her to slow down. Aya has a vision of a hospital, covered in blood strangely, and realizes she knows where that place is, and Aki and her mother must be there.
Kagami gets another call, that Aya is on the move, and they're following her, Kagami then calls Tooya, who's cruising around in his new car, listening to music. He tells Kagami he's on his way to the hospital, and Kagami says Aya is on her way there too, but to make sure she can't see Aki. Aya walks into the hospital, while the men secretly watch her, Kagami tells them not to do anything to her, and just let her see her mother. Then Kagami calls... Wei!! [:: swoons ::] And tells him to get everything, they seem to be on the balcony of another building recording from far away, camera pointed into the mothers room.
Aya walks into the room, and sees her mother, hugging her and crying, happy to see her again. Meanwhile Yuuhi gets a call from Suzumi that Aya is in the hospital, and to get there soon. Aya's mom is slicing an apple, and Aya is sitting on the bed. She asks if Aki's okay, her mother chops the apple in half in a scary-like manner. Yuuhi and Q-san are still speeding down the road to get to the hospital, poor Yuuhi is still getting tossed around in the back due to her driving. Aya tells her mom that they should leave, that she had a vision and she knew she was here because of it. But her mom finally speaks, with a question. "Aya. Why did you kill your father?"
Yuuhi and Q-san come charging toward the hospital, and the Mikage see them coming, they try to cut them off, and slam into them, rearing them to the side. Aya's mom slashes her with the knife! [hey she's not an apple. o.o] And Aya falls back, as her mother asks her why she killed him, but Aya says she didn't kill him. Yuuhi's fighting off the Mikage men with his chopstick action, and 'casually' approaches the nurses behind the desk afterwards, asking them what room Mikage-san was in. Aya's mom is still trying to kill her, and Aya's scampering all around the room, she says that they can die together. Aya's heart is racing, and she hears a voice in her mind. "Release me." Aya shuts her eyes tight, while we get a very sexy shot of Wei watching everything from the other building.
"Set me free." The voice rang again in Aya's head, as she still tries to run away from her knife-holding mother. "Hurry." Insert a shot of Kagami looking all scary down at [I would think] the camera Wei and men are taking from across the street. "Release me. I am.. the real you." Yuuhi approaches the door where the two are, and as he's about to open it there's a huge blast from inside, blowing the door open, sending Aya's mother flying out. When Yuuhi looks up, he sees Tooya next to him, and they both look into the used to be door, now hole in the wall. And surrounded by a light is the figure of a woman, floating in midair. Yuuhi thinks it's Aya. The women has blue hair, and golden-yellow eyes. "Aya has gone to sleep," she says to them. "I am the one who came from heaven. And my name is Ceres."
