Episode 6 - The C-Project
Outside of the Aogiri house, we see Yuuhi, who seems to have been waiting for Aya there all night, because he's half-asleep. He's obviously worried that she never came back the night before, but then the phone rings! It's Aya, apologizing that she didn't call him the night before, but Yuuhi's still angry, and doesn't think that this is really ok, and demands to know where she is. Tooya takes the phone from Aya then tells Yuuhi he was sorry too, and that he'd take Aya home. Yuuhi's look is priceless, he's in total shock that Aya was with Tooya all night [you know what this translates to in Yuuhi's mind n.n], and screams to tell him his address so he can come and get Aya himself. He's screaming, so Tooya takes the phone away from his ear.
Yuuhi slams the phone down [er... he never did get Tooya's address strangely], and runs to Q-san's room and says to give him a ride to get Aya because he found her. n.n; Q-san then glomps Yuuhi and tells him not to sneak into her room like that, she's half asleep. Yuuhi doesn't seem to care about that, and carries Q-san to the car himself, complaining that Tooya was sneaky and cruel, Suzumi says to herself that Yuuhi was so easy to see through.
Tooya's phone rings, and it's the Mikage, we don't get to hear exactly what they're saying, but Tooya says that he'd be right over, meaning they needed him at the building. Aya made coffee! =D And Tooya wants some. They stare at eachother for a moment before the doorbell rings... a lot. Wonder who that can be? Tooya's not dressed in his work clothes, and he, Aya and Yuuhi all take the elevator down. Aya says that he shouldn't worry so much, but he says she's the one who's causing the worry. The elevator doors start to close and Tooya bids farewell, but Yuuhi runs back and opens the door saying he was running away, and too scared to pay for what he 'did' to Aya the other night. Saying that, Yuuhi gets kicked square in the face by Aya, telling him not to jump to conclusions. Yuuhi seems relieved that nothing happened between them.
Tooya drives out in his suave car to get to work, and passes Yuuhi and Aya, who are just getting in their own car, and seeing, him, they follow Tooya's car. Yuuhi says they shouldn't waste time chasing a guy, and says worrying about Aki was more important, but Aya says he was taken back, so Tooya was probably going to see him. Now in the building, Kagami says that the door recognized Tooya's face, and that's how they would open, so they wouldn't get any unwanted guests.
We hear the voice of our little Alec, telling Kagami that Aki was awake now, and asks why Kagami decided to keep him in the building with them, and if he has something do to with their project. Kagami says Aki is only one half, and the other was Aya. But just as he says this, he catches something on the screen. It's Aya!! So Kagami says they'll let her in. Yuuhi is walking with Aya and says that the building is huge, and he didn't know Aya's family was like that, but Aya says she never knew about it, her family all lived in a regular house. Yuuhi goes to the elevator, while Aya goes to investigate the door gate, and it opens up, so she goes inside. Yuuhi tries to follow, but the gate closes before he can get into the door. They can't get it open, so Aya looks to the elevator in the room, which had just opened up for her, so she says she'll go ahead.
In the elevator, Aya's waiting, until it stops on a floor. The doors open and it's... Kagami! Aya screams and tries to close the doors on him, but he gets in before that, saying that her grandfather wanted her dead, not him. So then he takes Aya someplace, he just says they're going to have a long talk. Aya starts to ask what they did to her mother, and why her father died, who was responsible for everything. She then says that he was sick because he was taking advantage of Tooya's memory loss, and if they tried to do anything to Aki she would never forgive them. Kagami slickly says that SHE was the one who wanted to harm Aki, and Aya says that it wasn't her, and she wouldn't transform again. Kagami pushes her into a small white room, telling her that she won't leave until Ceres comes out.
Q-san is with Yuuhi now, and the camera scans her. Strangely, this opens up the door for the both of them, they don't know how, but hey! in they go. Meanwhile, Kagami rips open Aya's shirt! ... and she smacks him. She attempts to open the door, but it's electronically locked, Kagami once again says that she better let Ceres out unless she wanted to suffer.. then he pulls off his tie [Kagami you perv :P] Aya's confused, and says that they were cousins, Kagami says cousins can marry, and that generations of Mikage have married eachother to keep the bloodline of the tennyo strong, instead of mixing with normal human blood. He then tells her that her parents were second cousins, which was good, because now Kagami could see a real tennyo be reborn.
Tooya walks on into a room, and Aki's sitting on the couch. He asks why Tooya was there, he says Kagami called him, and asks him why he was there, because before, he was at the mansion. Aki says he didn't know, and that he was bought there overnight, and that they told him to make himself at home, that Kagami's father was the president of the company. Aki then says that no wonder they wanted Aya killed, to just protect themselves. Then Aki goes into how Aya turned into Ceres and tried to kill him right when he and Aya had just met again, and then told him he raped her and stole her robe.
His father was dead, and his mother was in a coma now, and worse, that they told him he had to help them if he didn't want Aya to die. Aki's very pissed. :) And then Tooya says that he can complain all he wants, but the one suffering more was Aya [I HIGHLY disagree with this], because she didn't know what was going on and wanted to save him. [Why I disagree is because Aya gets taken care of NICELY by the Aogiri and even cared for by Tooya, whereas through the ENTIRE series Aki is loosing to Shiso and going insane ALL BY HIMSELF. At least Aya had people to rely on, Aki had no one. And though Aya claimed to want to save Aki, she spent a WHOLE lot of time with her little love triangle, whereas instead she could have used that time to fight for him. If anyone had a brother or someone they cared for in trouble, wouldn't they put love and romance SECOND? Until AFTER they save the person/people in trouble? x.x Sorry for the ramble, but this is what really got me mad about Tooya saying that]
Anyways, now we're back to Kagami and Aya, charming. Kagami is on top of her.. er.. licking her face.. getting all kinky with her, telling her to let Ceres out, but she refuses, and Kagami says that they'll just go a bit farther. Erm.. ew, ok? He makes out with Aya, in the grossest way ever, and for a moment, it seems that Ceres is going to come out, but Aya fights it. Kagami notices his kinkiness isn't working, so literally, with a wave of his hand, a window opens up to Aki's room. Aya sees Aki, and Kagami says to Ceres that was her enemy. Aki seems to be screaming on the other side of the glass for her, and staring at him, Ceres finally awakens, and tries to blow him up, but the glass is strong to she destroys the wall around her. But the moment she goes, Kagami gets her with some spray.
So now Ceres is numb, she can't move. Ceres asks why he wanted her to come out, and if he wanted to slaughter her again, like "that man" [she means Aki] did so many ages ago. She looks to Aki all evil like, and Kagami asks if he was indeed the man who stole her hagoromo, and she says it was, that he forced himself on her, making her bear his children. Kagami asks why she appeared in Aya, Ceres explains that she is reborn many times into Mikage children to have revenge, in the women who resemble her. But she cannot come out until the girl has matured into being 16 years old. She says they seemed to have figured that out, and made it into a ritual to kill her when she awakens. And now she has finally awakened and stayed alive, but it was ironic that the man who shamed her had to be reborn as well. And that she will get her hagoromo back before she killed them all, and return to heaven.
Aki says that even what happened happened, that he was still himself and he doesn't have any memories of that man, or the hagoromo. And that Ceres better release his sister. Kagami bends down next to Ceres, and jabs a needle into her leg, taking a bit of a blood sample, but he only gets about half of the tube filled before a pair of familiar chopsticks press against his neck. Yuuhi-kun to save the day! He helps Ceres to her feet, but she sees Kagami take out another one of those gas spraying bottles, and grand Yuuhi and leaps out of the hole in the wall. Yuuhi's screaming, because they're in midair, and yep, Ceres is flying.
She thanks Yuuhi for saving her, and Yuuhi asks how she can fly, and if she could why couldn't she just fly back to where she came from. But she says she needed her hagoromo to return, and she doesn't want to stay in this horrible place. Yuuhi tries to get Ceres to stop, and says Aki didn't know about her hagoromo, and Ceres should think about Aya and her life. And that regardless of what she says, there was some good in the world, and that she should live on as Aya because it was her body. Ceres asks if Yuuhi preferred Aya more than her, so tells him she'll change back. And she does so! ...... right in midair. And the two faaaaaaall right into a pool n.n;
Q-san is still going around the Mikage building, her face is letting her go through all the doors. And Alec puts his face in his hands, Kagami tells him not to put anime characters faces into the system [ya see, Q-san is based off of a character whom Alec knows, so he put the face in the system]. He calls Alec to him, and standing with Aki and Tooya, Aki finally speaks. He says he'll help them, that he wants to remember the memories of his past life, because if he can find the hagoromo, then Ceres can leave, and he and Aya could see eachother again.
Alec and Kagami go to a room, and Alec asks if they're going to listen to Aki, Kagami says Aki was the key to Ceres, and of course they wouldn't just kill her. Alec asks if this is the start of the C- Project, and Kagami says it is, he takes out the blood sample he took from Ceres and says that they will soon control the tennyo. Yuuhi makes a decision then, still in the pool, that he was going to turn Aya back to normal, otherwise he would wind up dead. n.n;
