The proposal from Kara's point of view....
       Will and I celebrated our 2 year anniversary on September 26th. We always take the time each month to celebrate with a special dinner or card. On our 2 year mark, we wanted to go back to Universal Studios CityWalk where we had gotten together 2 years earlier. After a busy day for both of us, I went over to Will's house with my gift. I sent him on a scavenger hunt to collect games for the Xbox I had gotten him. Will gave me a card and a small gift, and we headed out to Universal to get some dinner.
        When we got to CityWalk, we were disapointed to find that everything was closed by 9:00, except the clubs and movie theater. We decided to go down the street and have dinner at Micceli's Italian Restaurant. It ended up being perfect, because that is where we had eaten dinner at a Birthday party two years prior, anyway. We had a relaxing dinner listening to the waiters sing songs at the piano and just enjoying each other's company. Will was so calm and cool that I didn't expect anything out of the ordinary. Don't get me wrong, the thought had crossed my mind that this would be a perfect evening to get engaged, but will had me fooled.
         Will asked if I wanted to go back to Universal and walk down the CityWalk and back, even though everything was closed. That sounded like fun, and so we parked in the short term area and went for a nice walk. Will was still very calm, but very sentimental about being there. We ended our stroll at the top of the balcony overlooking the main area by the stage, where we had spent a lot of time talking that first night. Will asked if we could pray, which was wonderful. During the prayer he finally got very nervous, which gave me a clue something was up. He then got down on one knee telling me he had spoken to my dad, asking for my parent's blessing. He pulled out the ring and asked me to marry him. It was very sweet and private - how often is CityWalk completely empty. It was perfect.
