The object of Rotary is to encourage and foster the ideal of service as a basis of worthy enterprise and, in particular, to encourage and foster:
FIRST- The development of acquaintance as an opportunity for service;
SECOND-High ethical standards in business and professions, the recognition of the worthiness of all useful occupations, and the dignifying of each Rotarians occupation as an opportunity to serve society.
THIRD-The application of the ideal of service in each Rotarians personal, business, and community life
FOURTH-The advancement of international understanding, goodwill, and peace through a world fellowship of business and professional persons united in the ideal of service.
The Suntree ROTARY Club meets every Friday Morning at 7:25 AM. These weekly fellowship meetings conclude promptly at 8:30 AM.
These weekly meetings are conducted in the community room located in The Suntree United Methodist Church Complex 7400 Wickham Road, Suntree, Florida .5 mile north of Suntree Blvd on Wickham Road
A meeting is typically comprised of several components, club business, fellowship, fun, community service, a program or guest speaker who by invitation speaks about a topic in his area of expertise.
Rotarians are business and professional leaders who take active roles in their communities while greatly enriching their personal and professional lives. A Rotary Club contains a diverse group of professional leaders from the community that the club serves.
