In (165b) we see the beginnings of the contingent accompanying the grand vizier and sheikulislam. The plumed figures are Janissary colonels known as çorbacı. Grand Vizier İbrahim Pasha appears in (166a) dressed in a cloak of black sable and red silk brocade fastened at the front with gold frogs. At his left rides the Sheikulislam Abdullah Efendi dressed in a white kaftan lined with sable.

Grand Vizier İbrahim Pasha: Ten years from now, a Janissary mutiny against the extravagances of the court turned into a general insurrection that was directed largely against Grand Vizier İbrahim Pasha. Yielding to the demands of the rebels, the sultan handed his grand vizier, his chief admiral, and another senior official over to the mutinous janissaries by whom they were strangled.
