Patrick Sheridan and Catherine Ryan

Patrick Sheridan born 1816 in Co. Tipperary, Ireland. He married Catherine Ryan (b. 1820) November 27,1850 at Notre Dame des Victoires Catholic church in Whitehall, New York.  They lived at 222 N. Battery in Burlington. Patrick immigrated from Ireland sometime before 1850. The family attended St Mary's and is buried in St Joseph's cemetery in Burlington. Catherine died April 8, 1882 at age 58, cause Phthisis Pulmonalis. John died 1898.

Patrick Sheridan and Catherine Ryan had the following children:

1. Edward Sheridan born 1854 in Burlington, Vermont. On October 21, 1889 he married Ellen Spillain in Burlington Vermont. Edward's age at time of marriage is listed as 34 and occupation is Coachman at F. C. Kennedy. Edward died October 11,1903 at age 49 in Burlington. His occupation was listed as Gardener. Cause of death bronco pneumonia.
2. Mary Sheridan. b. 1856. Married James J Cannon on October 20, 1883. They married in Rutland.
3. John Sheridan. b. 1853. At age 53 John married Virginia L Lawrie on Aug 20, 1906. He was a postal clerk
4. Patrick (twin) b.1860
5. Bridget (twin) b. 1860
