Our August speaker will be Thomas Del Beccaro, the California Republican Vice Chairman, Tom's new book is entitled, "The New Conservative Paradigm", which will be the topic of his presentation.

When Tom Del Beccaro became the chairman of the Contra Costa Central Committee, he built on the past to such an extent that in the 2005 Special Election his county finished #1 of all large counties in the percentage of GOP'ers that voted. His committee meetings are well attended, one of which had 240 people in attendance. He created a San Francisco Bay Area Speakers Series, that has included folks like John Fund, Jim Brulte, Melanie Morgan, Richard Minitier and Doug Wilson, founder of Townhall.com.

He makes approximately 60 speeches per year and has spoken in more than 30 counties. Because of his efforts, he became the Chairman of the County Chairman's Association, without opposition.
