Terrell Owens

1

The best receiver with the best QB. This guy is unstoppable. With the return of Garrison Hearst, TO is likely to see a lot more touches, and with his type of talent that could lead to a lot of scoring. If you cant get Owens, take Harrison.

Edgerin James

2

The best RB in the AFC. The only reason he doesn't go in the first round in the drop in Yahoo! rank due to injury. He plays like Marshall Faulk, but won't go in the first three picks. Edge is a great choice. If you can't get him, take Holmes.

David Boston

3

Boston is sure to eat up tons of yardage this year. He put up the leagues-best 1598 receiving yards, but a pathetic 8 TDs. Look for that to increase drastically this year. A sure steal in the third round. If taken, go for Jimmy Smith.

Eric Moulds

4

This guys got skills, and finally a good QB. Peerless Price will relive a lot of pressure, and Eric will be able to shine. I am guaranteeing a pro-bowl for Moulds this year this year. If he got taken early, take Kevin Johnson.

Eddie George

5

A power-back with breakaway speed. He spent much of last year on the IR and hampered by a bad ankle, but is very underrated. His amazing 2000 season was also repressed by injury. Expect him to be in 2000 for and better. If taken, pick either William Green (if available) or A-Train.

Cleveland Browns

6

I'm going out on a lime here and saying the Browns will be in the top 3 in the AFC in total defense. They have young a couple young players with an abundance of talent and great potential who are due for breakout years. They led the NFL in INT's last year, and can only get better. A great sleeper pick.

David Akers

7

A pro bowler with great range and accuracy. Philly lacks a Red-Zone running back, so Akers will see a lot of short FGs, anyone can make.

Jamal Lewis

8

His rookie year was outstanding and we will build on that this year. I don't expect him to get injured this year, though. Even if he does you have James and George in your starting lineup. Basically, you made this pick for someone else. His trade value should sky rocket in the first few weeks, so trade him then. He will be on your bench anyway, and if you wait to trade him, he may get injured again. If he's taken, just take McNair this round, then Stokes and so on.

Steve McNair

9

One of the most mobile QB's in the league. His passing stats will also be high, and with George back and healthy, he will have yet another weapon, and some pressure lifted off his shoulders. If he is taken, pick Kordell Stewart.

Jeremy Shockey

10

When I saw what he could do after-the-catch in the Hall of Fame game, I knew this guy was for real. He is the only tight end you will need. He is already one of Kerry Collins' favorite targets, and should be a go to guy in the Red Zone. If you can't get him take Patrick Heap, and if he is taken, trade for a TE, because that’s the end of the road.

J.J. Stokes

11

Stokes is talented and will see the ball a lot with Garcia at QB.

Thomas Jones

12

Thomas is an extremely talented runnungback. He'll rush for at least 1,000 yards and 10 TDs. He has great potential, and this year is his time to shine. Sleeper of the Year.

Dal/Was/Ind.

D

13

Each of these teams are the best sleeper Defenses, arranged in order. Dallas has signed many key free agents in the off-season, Indy has Dungy and Washington has two of the best players at their respective positions (Arrington and Bailey). In addition, with Stephen Davis, they should be able to control the ball, and keep the defense fresh

Marcus Robinson

14

Robinson is very talented and often slips to the latter rounds. He is probably the last #1 receiver-on-team (Chi) to be drafted, but in when you consider his talent level, the 14th round is a steal. If taken, pick Willie Jackson.

Jake Plummer

15

The snake will have a breakout year, and I'm predicting a pro bowl for him.
