			Posting Date: 2008-12-18 Expiry Date: January 7, 2009 Job title/Desc.: Residential Shift Operator Job Status: 2 Full-Time Position Hours: 10 Shifts per Month (18-24 hours) Details: Southwest Homes requires 2 Full-Time Residential Shift Operator. Duties: - Provide provision of physical dietary and social   needs of residents. - Provides a safe and clean environment in a way that recognizes each individual as unique. - Praticipates in development and implementation of personal program plans. Requirement: - Experience working with individual with intellectual   disabilities and/or people in a related filed - CPR/First Aid Certificate - P.D.W. or related training an asset - Valid Driver's License and own vehicle - Flexible, mature, tactful and energetic - Must submit a criminal record check
