The primary responsibility of the Board of Directors is to establish the direction of the Organization, in accord with the needs of the individuals served by the organization and the community in which the Organization operates.
The Board regularly examines the Organization's services to ensure that they are in agreement with it's Purpose, Objectives and Goals.
