For whatever reason, all of these tangrams were "cleaned up" before being presented, whether in a publication or even here on the internet. Any annoying little point that didn't fit was airbrushed off, or, in the case of the Alice tangrams (top hatted head) and the milk bowl with the kittens, the necessary empty space in the interior was colored in. That's what has made these *very* difficult to solve if you are trying to recreate any figure as represented. Here are the real figures for you to solve. |
