| Story: In the deep jungle of Africa, a young couple, who are stranded there, build a treehouse. Then a leopard, Sabor, kills them and later an gorillababy. Faith brings the human baby and the gorilla mother, Kala, together. She takes him with her and becomes his mother and names him Tarzan. He grows up and learns to be friends with the gorillas. Allthough he knows he is different from them, Kala learns him that they are the same. But the leader of the gorillagroup, Kerchak, has his doubts on Tarzan and fears that one day he will bring the family in danger because of his difference. When Tarzan saves the family from Sabor, Kerchak asks Tarzan to protects the family to proof his loyalty. Not long after that Tarzan encounters other people for the first time. Professor Porter and his daughter Jane are exploring the jungle together with Clayton. Jane and Tarzan become friends and she learns him to be like all the other humans are. Tarzan has to choose between his family and his feelings for Jane. When he brings the people to the gorillas, Kerchak blames him for bringing the gorillas in danger. Tarzan leaves the gorillas to leave with Jane to England. When they enter the ship, they see that Clayton has betrayed them and is after the gorillas. With the help of his friends, Tarzan escapes and zwings through the jungle to rescue his family. After a big battle Tarzan and Clayton fall down a tree. Clayton is killed, but Tarzan lives. Kerchak is shot during the battle and dies. But before he dies he tells Tarzan that he is and always was part of the family. Tarzan becomes the leader of the family. Jane and professor Porter are ready to leave for England. But in the end they stay to be with Tarzan and his friends. They all stay in the jungle. |
