DEITIES

Working with several deities is a good way to come to know the Divine. Each deity represents a specific aspect of the Devine. By honouring, invoking or meditating on a particular deity, we are able to connect with our own divine spark. In order to really relate to and be able to work with a particular deity, I find it is necessary to feel some sort of connection or affinity with him or her. Each one of us 'reacts' to different deities. These are the deities to which I feel the closest connection.

Above and below: I feel a close affinity with beautiful Antinous, the youth who became the lover of the most powerful man in the world, died mysteriously, was resurrected and became a God. Click on either of his images to go to his page.

Right, top and bottom: Isis will never turn anyone away who asks for her help. She is the great Goddess of ten thousand names. I am very fortunate to have her in my life.
