There is a photo book with 24 photos of Fort Lauderdale.  The front and back covers show catamarans on the beach.
You can turn 12 of these photos into pictures for your hallway. Just buy frames that measure 11 inches by 14 inches.
Look for small sailboats in some of the photos.  At the bottom of this page is the answer about the number and location of sailboats in the photo.

Catamarans at the Beach
I remember seeing this row of sailboats for the first time in 1985 and I fell in love with the color and majestic sails.  You can see the view in many brochures.... and the use of a catamaran is quite easy.  they run quickly across the surface of the water.  You can reserve one of these by calling
(954) 467-1211
Number of MINI Sailboats:  2
Location:
in the lower part, in the shadow of the sails
Buy the book, and a dollar goes to support the Historical Museum of Fort Lauderdale and the Bonnet House.

I talk about a story regarding a picture of your really nice book. Let me write some lines about the photography of the four catamarans. When we were in St. Martin, we saw so many of these new generation of sailing boats. I was very surprised to see, that the catamaran has so a strong position in the sailing market. I believe, that more than 60
percent of the sailing boats was catamarans. Why I was surprised? The reason is, that I meant, the real sailing adventure is based on a conventional sailing boat. On a boat, wich is difficult to hold in balance and which is difficult to hold on course.

Everybody knows, that catamarans lie stabil on the surface of water, and because of this, I'm absolutely sure, that owners of catamarans will miss the challenge of the real sailing.

I fear, that also in the sailing sport will dominate the law of "easy going". The poeple want to sail, they look for the contact with the natural elements like the water and the wind. But, they want to feel all of these without any
personal effort.
