To mobilize and advocate on behalf of all tenants (of the TCHC) on issues related to the maintenance and improvement of their housing conditions, amenities and communities. 2. To increase the range and the depth of tenant participation. 3. To provide training to enable all tenants to meaningfully contribute to their communities. 4. To promote tenants’ rights and the equality of all tenants regardless of race, religion, age, sex or ability. 5. To work to maintain, promote and develop affordable housing. 6. To increase the profile of TCHC communities and tenant organizations and inform tenants about current issues, meetings and other pertinent information.
