Primarily a watercolorist, Robert Stack's work depict a variety of subjects including views of his surroundings in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania. His equestrian artwork appears at various horse shows along the East Coast. A large number of his equestrian works are in print and several of his works have been featured on posters at the Devon Horse Show and Ludwigs Corner Horse Show. In 1995 his gouache painting of a Devon sidesaddle class titled “Line Up” won the Ruth E. Robins award for watercolor at the American Academy of Equine Art.
