USA Series Precap This series will feature 2 dangerously talented teams. Although the JunkYard Dogs are coming off their most successful season in in SLH history, they barely won the divisional series against the Lincs. The Dogs thumped the Lincs 5-1, but also skated to a 1-1 in their 1st meeting. The Lincs are no pushover either as they are coming off fresh from their 2nd consecutive Iggy Cup victory, another Iggy exclusive tournament that features some of the best teams the Iggy server has to offer. This promises to be a very close series as the Dogs look to continue their success, while the Lincs are out for revenge.
UK Series Precap On paper, this series looks to the "David vs Goliath" story of the playoffs. The Cats will be in tough as they take on the Moose, the only team to win all of their IICC Divisional games. Wawatosa won both of the previous meetings between the two by scores of 3-0 and 3-2. The Cats finished in a 3-way tie for 2nd place in the UK, and qualified based on their greater goal differential. Don't be fooled, they will be giving it their all as they know the Moose are one of the top IICC teams. The Cats manager had to deal with some personal things this past season and was unable to regularly tend to his team. With those issues behind him, they could shock the Moose with an upset.
Canada Series Precap This series could go either way. The Thunderhawks stormed thru the entire Canada division until their final 2 games. Those games resulted in very close losses and were against the Buzz. The Buzz squeaked by Hawks in both the standings and in the games with a pair of 4-3 victories. One of those victories was notched in OT. Despite the Buzz topping the Hawks in both of their IICC games, it should be noted that the Hawks actually toppled the Buzz in both of their Iggy Cup games, another tournament on the Iggy server. As I said off the top, this series could go either way and should be interesting. This series should go 3 games easily.
Nordic Series Precap Another case of "David vs Goliath", the StreetsCats have a huge hill to climb if they look to get past the IICCs top ranked team, the 1st place Warriors. The Warriors owned the StreetCats during divisional play winning 5-2 and 4-1. But that was the past, and this is the present and the StreetCats look to change the future. The StreetCats were a late qualifier to this edition of the IICC as they replaced the ousted "Tre Kroners" The Warriors were and still are one of the odds-on favorities to win the entire IICC. The StreetCats are hoping to shock the Warriors and just might pull it off it the Warriors don't bring their "A" Game.

European Final Series Precap These 2 juggernaut teams are now set to meet up in a series which could swing either way. The Warriors are a very skilled veteran team while the Moose were the only team to go undefeated in division play. All that means nothing now. Both teams suffered only 1 loss thus far in the IICC but that is soon to change as only 1 can advance to the IICC Finals. The Warriors bring an exetremely talented lineup to the areana, as they were the number 1 rated team to start the IICC. The Moose look to begin building another winning streak as they had their previous winning streak of 9 games snapped in their previous series. All in all, this promises to be an interesting series.

North American Final Series Precap Only these 2 teams remain in the North American Conference as they battle it out for the chance to make it to the IICC Finals. The Dogs continue to roll after one of the most impressive SLH seasons in a long time. The Buzz have been having trouble this season as they've begun the dreaded rebuild. With the USA Manager at the top of his game, and the Canada Manager struggling to stay afloat, one would think the Dogs could easily win the first 3 games to sweep the series. The Buzz won't fold easily though. Look for them to call upon their veterans for huge morale support. The Dogs are looking to "Buzz" the Buzz and the Buzz are looking to throw these Dogs back to the JunkYard.

How They Got Here The Toronto Buzz were first within the Canada division upon completion of the IICC's Divisional portion. They would advance to the Division Playoff where they had the benefit of home ice advantage over the equally as impressive Thunderhawks. The Buzz got some lucky breaks in a series that was expected to go the full 3 games, and swept away the T-Hawks in 2 straight games to capture the Canada Division Title. They'd now move on to face the powerhouse USA NY JunkYard Dogs team who themselves had won the controversial USA title. The Buzz barely notched home ice advantage as their division record was slightly better than the Dogs. That benefit would ultimately prove helpful as the Buzz used home ice to rally for some big time wins against the American opponent. In a thriller of a series, which saw the Buzz down in the series 1-0 and 2-1 game-wise. The Buzz refused to disappear and their resilience eventually would pay off as they shocked the Dogs with a game 5 win to take the North American Finals series 3-2.
How They Got Here The Garden Warriors did what everyone expected they would do in the Nordic division, and that was finish first place. They proved in the early going that they deserved their #1 ranking. In their opening playoff series, they humiliated the 2nd place Nordic team, the Hoesgbo StreetCats sweeping them 2-0 in a best of 3 series that saw them outscore the Street Cats 12-0 in 2 games. They would then advance to face the UK's IICC "Award Winning" team, the record setting Wawatosa Moose and once again, the Warriors came up with a strong effort as they proceeded to embarass and destroy their UK opponent by sweeping them in 3 games straight to take the best of 5 European Finals series. The Garden Warriors have made it to the IICC Finals in the least amount of games necessary to do so, 5 games. A truly amazing accomplishment.
IICC Final Precap This is what it has all come down to. Starting with Divisional play, 20 teams began this journey and now only 2 remain in the hunt for the 1st ever Iggy International Championship Cup (IICC). East will meet the West when the Final Best of 5 series gets underway as Norway's Garden Warriors face-off against Canada's Toronto Buzz in what is shaping up to be an intense and adrenaline filled matchup. The Warriors will hold onto the all important home ice advantage, but the Buzz will be looking to once again overcome the odds. In the end only 1 team will win the IICC, but both teams deserve recognition as they have out-battled some of the best teams en route to these IICC Finals. Both teams have yet to face each other in IICC competition due to being in opposite conferences, but the two teams have met up in the past in non-IICC action. The Warriors had dominated the Buzz in games prior to the current season, winning all the time. This season however has been a different story as the Buzz have seemingly figured out the Warriors, taking 4 victories in a row. No matter how you look at it, this series is going to be a tough challenge for both teams.
