Extra Credit Opportunities
Often, students have the need for additional points in science class in order to earn the letter grade that they desire. Instead of taking class time to share possible extra credit assignments, I've developed this page to share these possibilities. This list will grow as the school year continues and does not include every possibility. If you have an idea for a project that is not listed, see Mr. Kibbe to discuss the details. Note that the assignments are categorized by the book and chapters that we will study in class. You may only complete assignments that are listed during the current book and chapter of study. If you have specific questions, contact Mr. Kibbe during science class or activity period, or email him at jkibbe@hotmail.com.
Assignments that may be completed at any time during the school year: * Newspaper & Magazine Articles -- Find an article in a current magazine or newspaper that deals with topics directly related to our studies in class and share the information with the class (2 pts.) * Think of a project you can do related to what we're studying in class and see if Mr. Kibbe approves it for extra credit! (? pts.) |
