Below you will find our professional protocols for both contacting us for an investigation and the professional protocols that our investigators adhere to for the organization.  All investigations are Free and confidential.

Protocol for Requesting an Investigation

All Investigations will be scheduled at least one week in advance. *Priority cases can be scheduled sooner.* *Priority Case* Individuals are experiencing harmful occurances or are in immediate danger of emotional or physical trauma. Individuals are experiencing viloent or clearly obvious Paranormal Phenomena (Levitation of objects, noises occur frequently in view of others). All scheduled Investigations/Interviews will be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance or investigation will be paced on hold. Canceling or frequent re-scheduling may result in permenant cancellation of any work with individua/location. Fradulent Cases will be found out!! To Schedule a Case or Interview ( All information will be held confidential).

Investigator Protocols

- All Investigators & Researchers will conduct themselves with professionalism according with all state certified social science researchers. - All Investigations will be conducted with a methodical scientific basis to assure validity of any evidence obtained. - All research will be conducted in accordance with valid state and federal research programsavailable to the Researchers. - All results of any Investigations will be provided in an explicit report of the finding in which 3 or more indipendant methods (see methods)must  indicate positive results before any location is determined to be paranormally active. - All evidence will be throughly analized in accordance to the methods to eliminate the possibility of errors or false positives in any of the evidence. - Any information obtained from research or during the course of an Investigation will be held confindential unless explicit permssion to share evidence and information is given by subject/informant(s).
