A new interview archive section has been added to the website , with older interviews from the website. The gigography section has been updated too with new photos for many of the dates. Also you can play Stands hangman here!
The Stands have been in Japan over the past week playing a couple of gigs preparing for the release of the album and the Outside Your Door E.P both Released through Toy Factory label. You can check out photos of one of the gigs here.
Recording of the new album will be starting shortly, lots of speculation to how the new album will sound...hopefully we'll find out soon!
The band will be playing Zanzibar, Liverpool on the 15th October. Tickets available from Probe or Zanzibar.
It is reported that The Stands will be playing The Bandwagon in Zanzibar on the 7th August.
The band will played an acoustic set at Clwb Ifor Bach on the 29th July and Howie played a solo set at the Brighton Rizla gig. You can check out what happenend at the Rizla event at the website here
The Stands closed the X tent at T in the Park on the Sunday night was an absoltely amazing set. Photos will be up on the site soon!
The Stands will be playing at this years V festival. They will play in Chelmsford on 21st August and Stafford on the 22nd August.

I have added some album reviews to the reviews section. Also the band have announced European dates with Jet and a full headline tour! Check out the dates in the tour section. Album playback nights have also been announced too!
I have updated the press cuttings section of the site with a few more reviews and interviews added. I have also added a gigography section with past tour dates and related stuff to each gig. So if you have anything you want included in that section just let me know! And at long last I have got a links section made too!

The next single to be released is the catchy 'Here She Comes Again' and is released on 26th January shortly followed by the highly anticipated album 'All Years Leaving'

The band had another top 40 hit when 'I Need You' charted at number 39, despite it being a difficult week to release in the singles chart. Well Done!
