San Telmo, an historic neighborhood just below downtown, his host to a weekly antique fair on Sundays. There are lots of street performers, mostly tango singers and dancers, catering the tourists' visions of 'el barrio del tango'. This guy dances with a female manequin. Here he is strapping on her legs as he prepares for a performance.
