3rd
annual FOTAM Day at the DBAP
What can be funner than an evening at the ballpark, surrounded by family and friends? Well, I can think of a lot of things, but that's not really the point. I have declared Saturday, June 28, 2003, to be the third annual FOTAM (Friends of Todd A. McGee) Day at the Durham Bulls Athletic Park. Chances are, if you are reading this, then you are a FOTAM (whether you want to be or not!). If you missed last year's event, stop kicking yourself and start planning for this year's soiree! This promises to be THE social event of the season for the Triangle's upper crust. Don't miss out on this chance to be in with the in-crowd!
The point is not to see a ballgame, but rather to enjoy a relaxing night out in the company of friends and family. What better way to enjoy America's pastime? If you want to come, e-mail me as soon as you can and let me know how many tickets you will need. If we can get at least 20 people to come, we can get all sorts of crappy incentives, including having our group name mentioned on the scoreboard! Whoo-hoo! I hope to see you at the ballpark! Previous events have attracted loyal FOTAMers from as far away as Arlington, Va., Clemmons, N.C., and Greensboro, N.C., including a member of the N.C. House of Representatives! Don't miss out on this year's once-in-a-lifetime opportunity! |
