I met Chelly from a local military wives list in 2004. She's since moved and isn't local anymore, but still a friend. Check out her site	Trim The Fat: A community on Livejournal.com I run this community and it's a supportive place for LJ'ers to go for for weight loss idea's, tips, motivation, etc. Again, if you'd like to read the entries, most of them are "friends only".
