Phoebe can see visions of the past and future, called preminition. She can also levetate. She is very interested in being a witch. She read the incantation out of Book of Shadows that gave the Charmed Ones their powers (actually, regaining powers). She is the weakest to her dark side, since she was the only sister who was born at the manor (the battle ground between good and evil). Durring the 3rd season, she fell in love with Assistant D.A. Cole Turner, but he turned out to be Belthazar, a demon sent to kill the Charmed Ones. She learned that even though he was sent to kill them, he couldn't because he loved her (he's half human) so she lied to her sisters. Currently they think Cole is gone, but he's still around. This could be the beginning to seeing more of Phoebe's evil side.
