Piper is the middle sister. She has the power to freeze time, or certain people/objects in time. She isn't too fond of being a witch because it interferes with her normal life. She is engaged to the Charmed One's whitelighter, Leo. They've been in love since Season Two. They tried to get married, but were stopped by "them"(referring to the elderly whitelighters in charge). Piper is the stressed sister, she is always fustrated because of warlocks meddling with her life.
