''Thanks, Johnny,'' Sonny replied before turning his attention to Jax. ''I told you that we would find her. Now, the next stop is finding Jerry. Before long you will be holding your son, I promise you''
''My mother can be quite dangerous,'' Stefan warned Sonny. ''Clearly you have never dealt with her if you think that a handful of men can stop her from leaving that mannor.''
''Have a little faith in me, Stiffen. I can assure you that your mother isn't going anywhere until we have our answers,'' answered Sonny with a smile.
''How do you know?'' Jax asked, looking at Sonny. ''You don't know Helena like Stefan and I do; you don't know what she is capable of when pushed. If Jerry is with her, you can be sure that she won't be ashamed to use his body for protection!''
''My men won't shoot her, so Jerry will never be in danger from them. Trust me Jax, please.'' Sonny nearly begged his friend. ''What we need to do is interrogate her, in case your son isn't with her. But I never intended to hurt the woman.''
''I still say that you are greatly underestimating my mother if you think that you will intimidate her,'' Stefan said gruffly. ''She has been able to go through men far more dangerous than you could ever be, and she is still standing, while they are not. I will not let you risk my nephew's life like that''
''It's not your decision to make, Stiffen,'' Sonny answered coldly and Carly shot him a warning look. ''You are here to help us, not tell us what to do!''
''He's right, Stefan,'' Jax said in a firm voice. ''This isn't your decision to make. It's mine, and I say that I want to know who's the owner of that mansion. Also tell your men to search it from the attic to the basement. If she took Jerry there, she had a reason, and I want to know what it is''
''I am telling you, if she is the one who is holding Jeremiah, she would not have left her car out in the open that way. It would have been in the garage or parked behind the mansion,'' Stefan answered back, desperate for the two other men to believe him about how his mother operated.
''Don't worry,'' Nikolas said, sensing the nervousness in his uncle. ''They will find Jerry, and he will be unharmed. I have faith in Sonny, he did find my brother.''
''With Luke's help,'' Stefan countered back. ''And I have to say that as unsettling as this is, Luke has a special relationship with my mother, he can get her to stay things no one else could. Luke found his son, Sonny provided the staff''
''Hey! Now back off,'' Sonny said, insulted. He was the one who had retraced Helena's steps on that cold month in the spring of 2000. He was the one who was able to retrace her trail all the way to the compound where Lucky had been held against his will, and he was the one who had provided Luke with the men to be able to break his son free of that place. ''You weren't there, you don't know what I did for Lucky Spencer! For all I know, you knew all along that Lucky was being held by your psychotic mother!''
''Guys, that's enough!'' Emily said, going between Stefan and Sonny, as the men started to advance closer to each other. ''Now, this isn't helping anyone, and I doubt that your bruised egos will be able to get Jerry out of Helena's claws. So please, can we stop this testosterone battle and go back to the reason we are here?''

''Are you threatening her?'' Jerry asked Helena, before stepping closer to his jailer. ''Because it would be a big mistake if you were!''
''Jerry, please, don't do this,'' Alexis told her son before hiding him behind her again. ''Helena, where are you taking him?''
''I don't see why I should answer your question, but to show you that I only have good intentions, I will answer it. I'm taking young Jeremiah back to his father, of course, where else would I take him?''
''I don't believe it. Why would you have taken him to me, showing him that I am being held captive, only to give him back his freedom, where he will be able to tell anyone about V and I,'' Alexis asked, startled by the new development.
''Well, you see my darling, I heard about you planning to escape, and this little visit was to show you what your son stands to lose if you do. Because no matter where you go, if you ever leave this cell, your precious little boy will find his way back here to replace you. As for telling anyone, I know he won't, if he knows what's good for him.'' Helena answered coldly
''I'm not leaving my mum here!'' Jerry answered with conviction in his voice.
''You don't have a choice,'' Alexis told him. ''Can I have at least 5 minutes to say good- bye to him?'' she asked, hoping against all hope that Helena would show she had a heart.
''You have 5 minutes, not one more,'' Helena agreed and walked away, taking her guard with her.
''Mum,'' Jerry started as tears started to fall on his cheek ''I can't leave you here, I can't go back out knowing that you are stuck in this cell, you have to understand''
‘What I understand is that I need you to go back out there, and keep an eye on your father for me,'' Alexis answered him before she reached to wipe his tears. ''I need you to go back to your father, and make sure that he takes care of himself. Oh Jerry, I don't want you to go, but this isn't a life for you, being cooped up in here, at Helena's mercy.''
''Then how can I leave you here mum? I'm gonna tell dad, and he's gonna get you out!''
''No!'' Alexis answered quickly. ''You can't tell anyone that V and I are here, ANYONE! Helena won't think twice about killing me, and you, before your father even has the time to tie his shoes to come here. She has spies everywhere, they will know that you talked. This isn't a game, Jerry, this woman is really, really dangerous. You have to forget that you saw me, you have to go on thinking about me as dead. Nothing has changed in your life, promise me''
Jerry quickly shook his head, as sobs shaking his shoulders. ''I can't, mum.'' He whispered and Alexis gently shook him by the arms.
''Promise me, please,'' Alexis asked desperately, feeling her own tears wet her cheeks. ''I am your mother, and I'm ordering you to forget about me! You never saw me, you hear me! You are walking out of here, and I am dead to you!''
''V,'' the boy said, looking at her mother's best friend, hoping that she would be of some help to him.
''Your mum's right,'' Venus said coldly, wiping the tear that escaped from her eyes. ''This meeting never happened. You never saw us''
''Jerry, listen to me,'' Alexis pleaded as her son refused to look at her. She cupped his cheek and forced his crying eyes to meet her own, before her hand gently caressed his face. ''If you ever need help against Helena, if she is threatening you, go to Luke Spencer''
''Dad says that he can't be trusted,'' the sniffling little boy answered, before he wiped his eyes with his shirt sleeve.
''That's because your dad doesn't know him like I do. When I heard what happened to my mother, he was the one who told me, and I thought he did only to hurt me. But on Christmas that same year, he brought me a tape, do you know what was on it?'' she asked and she saw her son shake his head negatively. ''It was a tape of my mother's singing. She was an opera singer, and since I couldn't remember my mother, he did everything he could to find a tape with her voice on it, because he cared. He isn't the man your father thinks he is, and certainly not the man Luke tries to make everyone believe that he is. If you ever are in trouble with Helena, Luke is the man to see, ok? He is the only man you can trust when it comes to her. Always remember that.'' Alexis' face softened after she finished her monologue, and tears returned to her eyes. ''Oh, I love you,'' she told her son before taking him in a fierce embrace again.
''I love you too mum,'' Jerry cried in her ears, and hung onto her when he felt his body being pulled away. Desperately, his hands hung to his mother's shoulders, while big tears ran down his face. ''I don't wanna go mum,'' the boy cried, holding her hands at the length of his arms, and he felt his mother let go, before she stood and turned around, unable to watch him leave. ''MUM!''

''Helena's car moved before we could get there,'' Johnny told everyone in the penthouse, before Sonny groaned in desperation. ''But it indicates that she is on her way back to Port Charles''
''Tell the guy who spotted her car to follow her, and if she tries to go anywhere else but here, tell him to stop her and to wait for back up''
''How do you expect my mother to just stop on the side of the road because some lunatic flashed his headlights?'' Stefan asked coldly and Sonny just smirked.
''He has a point, Sonny, why would Helena stop her car?'' asked Jax, desperate for some answers, anything that would tell him where was his son.
''Because the man is in a POLICE car!'' Sonny answered his untrusting friend. ''Did you think that my men would go inside that mansion without a false warrant, uniforms, guns, the whole deal? Come on, it wouldn't kill you to trust me here!''
''Fine, bring back my son, and I will publically admit that you were right, and I was wrong. Don't bring him back and I will publically kill you,'' answered Jax.
***************
''Now, young Mister Jacks, I hope that you understand the rules here,'' Helena told her passenger while she was driving back to Port Charles. ''Just to be on the safe side, let's go over this one more time, what's the story?''
''I heard a noise, and I decided to go see what it was, when a man took me and brought me to his car. He drugged me, and stopped on the side of the road. I escaped after I hit him over the head, and was hitchhiking my way back when you saw me and picked me up,'' the boy answered numbly.
''And for your mother?''
''What about my mother?'' Jerry asked coldly. ''My mother died when I was only a few hours old!''
''Good boy,'' Helena smiled and made her way into the streets of Port Charles, before she stopped in front of the police station. ''We could be good friends you and I, if it wasn't for that father of yours''
''I will never be your friend!'' Jerry hissed and jumped out of the car, before he ran up the stairs and went inside. He sat on a chair and stayed clear of Helena until, finally, the person he needed to see most right now ran to him, lifting him from the floor in a crushing embrace. ''Dad,'' cried the boy, holding on for dear life.
''Jerry, are you ok? What happened to you?'' Jax asked his son, looking at him like he hadn't seen him in weeks, before he took the boy in his arms again.
''I'm fine, someone tried to kidnap me, but Mrs. Cassadine helped me get away from him,'' Jerry recited his lesson. ''She saw me by the side of the road, and even though you told her to stay away from me, she took me in and brought me back''
Jax stood in front of Helena, and looked her up. ''If I find out my son isn't telling the truth, I will crush every bone in your body,'' Jax told the woman in a sharp voice.
''Are these threats really necessary Mr. Jacks? Frankly, they are getting old. A simple thank you would have been enough,'' Helena answered and turned around, before the officer gave her clearance to leave.
''Dad,'' Jerry said, and watched his father kneel down in front of him. ''I need to talk to you, but not here, ok? Someone I love very much is in trouble,'' the boy added in a whisper.
''Who?'' Jax whispered back, instinctively putting his ear by his son's mouth.
''My mother''
