| An alternative for us who are designated drivers, physically unable to drink alcohol, or, for what ever reason, choose to abstain from drinking alcohol. While these drinks are non-alcoholic, caution should be observed among those who may have certain food allergies. Ask your non- drinking friends about any dietary conditions which they may have before serving them any drink. |
| THE MAUI SURFER Enjoy with, or without a surfboard! 1 oz. ORANGE JUICE 1 oz LEMON JUICE 1 Tsp GRENADINE 4 oz GINGER ALE Twist of ORANGE PEEL In a shaker half filled with ice cubes, combine the ORANGE JUICE, LEMON JUICE, and GRENADINE. Shake well.Strain into a Highball Glass almost filled with crushed ice. Top with Ginger Ale. Stir well. Add TWISTED ORANGE PEEL as a garnish. |
| BANANA JUNGLE For the big ape in us all! 3/4 Very RIPE BANANA,cut into chunks 3 oz MILK 2 oz FROZEN ORANGE JUICE 1 oz PINEAPPLE JUICE 1 oz COCONUT CREAM 1/2 cup CRUSHED ICE 1 MARASCHINO CHERRY In a blender, combine the Banana, Milk, Pineapple Juice,frozen orange juice, and Coconut Cream with the Crushed Ice. Blend well. Pour into a Collins Glass and garnish with the Cherry and Banana Slice on a DECORATIVE TOOTHPICK. |
| SUN ON THE BEACH Nothing says "island" quite like this! 4 OZ PINEAPPLE JUICE 1 OZ COCONUT CREAM 1 Tbsp HONEY 1/2 cup CRUSHED ICE In a blender, combine all of the ingredients. Blend well at high speed. Pour into Collins Glass. Garnish with UMBRELLA |
| CRANBERRY GENIE Inspired by the East Indies 4 oz CRANBERRY JUICE 2 oz GRAPE JUICE 2 oz LEMON-LIME SODA Juice of 1/2 of a LIME Slice of LIME Pour into a Collins Glass, almost filled with Crushed Ice Garnish with a LIME SLICE |
| FLAMINGO FEATHER Drink this and you can STILL stand on one leg! 4 oz CRANBERRY JUICE 2 oz PINEAPPLE JUICE 3 oz LEMON-LIME SODA 1 LIME WEDGE In a Shaker, half filled with Ice Cubes, combine the Cranberry Juice, Pineapple Juice, and Lemon Juice. Shake well. Strain into a Highball Glass, Top with the Club Soda. Stir well and garnish with the Lime Wedge. |

GREEN MACAW Aroma of lime, and screaming pineapple 4 oz PINEAPPLE JUICE 8 OZ LEMON-LIME SODA JUICE 1/2 LEMON JUICE 1 LIME Cut a center SLICE from the LIME. Pour PINEAPPLE JUICE, 1/2 LEMON JUICE, and LIME JUICE into Collins Glass 1/2 full of ice. Add LEMON-LIME SODA. Cut the LIME SLICE in half. Rub rim of glass with 1/2 LIME. Garnish with COCKTAIL UMBRELLA, 1/2 LIME SLICE, and MARISCHINO CHERRY |
