 Luxury 2 rooms apartment, total area is 60 sq. m., is located in the main street of the city, 3 minutes walk from metro Ploschad Vosstania. Western standard renovation, very modern design and furniture IKEA style. It has a bedroom and a living-room, 10 and 30 sq. m. each room, king-size bed in bedroom and 2 sofa's in living room which can be used as single beds also. Excellent bathroom, very modern kitchen, microwave oven, stove, refrigerator, TV, stereo system, phone, and everything for normal life.  Fourth floor without elevator, closed entrance from the street. The apartment can accommodate 1-2 people. Close to the house there are a lot of shops, restaurants, cafes, theatres, markets, local transport stations.

Western standard spacious three-room apartment, total area 93 sq.m, situated in a historical center of St. Petersburg, 7 min walk from Nevsky prospect. There are 3 rooms: 2 bedrooms, one- with king size bed and another- with twin beds and living room. In the living room you will find a modern TV, CD Player, stereo, telephone. The walls in all the rooms are decorated with nice paintings. Also, there are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and another with a bath. The kitchen has everything necessary for cooking and dining, gas oven, microwave, refrigerator, electric cattle, all kitchen stuff (plates, cups, spoons, etc).  There is also a washing machine with drier and iron.
