Jason talks alot in this one.  It's mostly just explanation, and setting the scene for the rest of the story.  It's a little hard to get through, but I hope it's worth it.  Enjoy.
This update is late.  I have no excuse.  Im sorry.  Anyway, enjoy the beginning of the explanation, which leads into the rest of the story.
With Matt and Bren supporting Jason, they made their way out of the room.  They ducked into a room close by, and collapsed on the floor.  "Ok, we moved," said Matt.  "Now tell us what the hell is going on!"  Jason sat slumped up against the wall just beside the door, and was breathing hard.  "That guy in there, John, he is not from any company," Jason said.  "Well, I suppose he is, just not the one he says he is from.  He doesn't have a skin condition, that's what all his kind look like."  "His kind?" asked Bren.  "Yes, John is from another planet," Jason said, as if everyone should know.  "A what!?" Jeff exclaimed.  "Oh right," muttered Jason.  "You guys wouldn't know.  Sorry, I'm just used to being around people who are part of the game."  "What's this game anyway?" asked Jasmin.  "You mentioned it before too."  "It's not really a game, but that's what everyone calls it.  In reality, it's just a hunting ground for the Eicoart.  "Huh?  Whats that?" asked Jeff.  "John's kind, thats what they are called," said Jason, sounding like he was explaining something to a child.  "At least, that's what they called themselves.  Most humans just call them lizards, or something like that, because of their appearence."  "So they're like lizard men?" asked Jess.  "No, not at all," explained Jason.  "They just look like lizards to humans, but they are warm blooded."  "As interesting as that is, what does it have to do with any of this?" asked Matt, not really buying the alien bit.   "Not a lot I guess," apoligized Jason.  "Anyway, these aliens take humans from earth and bring them to another planet, where they hunt us for sport.  They wanted to make their game more interesting, so they gave us the option to fight back.  Naturally, everyone took it, and thus, the game I spoke of was born."  "They hunt us?" asked Jess, horrified.  "Yes, they do," sighed Jason.  "They have been hunting us for a very long time."  He looked around the room, suddenly distracted.  "Wow, this place sure has changed," said Jason.  "Changed, what do you..." started Jeff.  "Your'e Jason Ross!" yelled Matt.
"Yah, how did you know?" asked Jason.  "You're famous man!" exclaimed Matt.  ""The whole town knows the your story."  "My story?" asked Jason.  "What story?"  "How you killed those two guys, and then lead the police on a chase back to the apartment building, and then died..." Matt stopped, reliazing what he was saying.  Bren asking the question on everybody's mind, said "If you died in an explosion, then how are you here?"  "I didn't die in that explosion," sighed Jason.  "Just before the gernade went off the Eicoart captured me and planted a charred body of another human."  "So... the aliens were after you because you killed two humans?" questioned Jeff.  "No, they were after me because they needed someone to blame for the killings," corrected Jason.  "I didn't kill those people, a few Eicoart did.  They needed someone to cover for them, so they picked the first bum up off the streets, which just happened to be me."  The teens were just sitting there, staring at him.  Jess, Jeff and Matt were in the most shock, finding out that a story they had enjoyed telling over and over since childhood was a lie.  "When I wouldn't give myself up to the police they had to get me out before I caused them any trouble," Jason continued.  "The gernade would have done their work for them, but they could always use more humans for the game."  As Jason was finishing up his story, they heard a sharp cracking sound coming from the room John was being held in.  "Anyway, none of that matters right now," muttered Jason hurriedly.  "I can't help you escape him, not in this condition.  He is going to take you to the game.  I don't have time to explain it to you now, but when you get there seek out a group called The Trust Of Humanity.  They will help get you started."  Jason stopped talking for a second, his breath coming in short, sharp bursts.  "He will seperate you into three groups, and send you to three different locations.  These are not far apart, and when you feel you are ready, you should try to group up again."

Got my G1!  Yah!!  Don't know what that has to do with the story, but yah for me anyway!  Enjoy.
I'm the biggest idiot.  Go to the News page to find out why.  Heres the next bit of the explanation, which also brings more questions.  Enjoy!
"Good," commented Jason.  "They will stay there until you remove it." "How?" asked Bren.  "No time, sorry," apoligized Jason.  "Just remeber to not show them to anyone excpet the Trust."  Jason leaned back against the wall, staring up at the ceiling.  His breathing was hard, and the teens were amazed he wasn't crying out in pain.  "I guess I'll start explaining the game," said Jason.  "You're main enemy in the game will not be the Eicoart, but what they bring to the planet.  They have brought.."  Jason pitched forward before he could finish his sentence.  He rolled head over heels into the opposite wall, cracking a few more ribs.  At the door stood John, panting.  "You can't help these kids," he snarled.  "You can't even help yourself."  He walked slowly over to where Jason lay.  As he started to move, Jason tried to stand up, but only made it to his knees.  John stood over him, gloating.  Eventually, he leaned over, and grabbed Jason by his collar.  He lifted him up into the air, and walked over to the window.  "You won't be helping anymore, ocarsoid," he whispered, spitting out the last word.  "No!" yelled Bren, seeing John's intent.  "Stop!"  He ran towards John, but it was too late.  He pushed Jason through the window, and then dropped him.  Bren jumped at John, and struck him in the back of the neck.  John barely reacted, he didn't even turn around.  Bren then landed a kick to John side, getting no reaction again.  Bren spun around to deliever another kick in the same spot, but never connected.  About half way through his attack, John grabbed his leg.  "You will come with me," he said, very calmly.  "You have no choice."  He dragged Bren off his feet, and flung him into the wall.  Bren hit the wall with a sickening thud, and slid down in a heap.  "Bren!" Jasmin cried, and ran to help her cousin.  As she passed by John, his hand came flying out, and she spiraled down hard to the ground.  "No!" yelled Jeff, running straight at John.
"So we're going to be on another planet, and we won't be together?" asked Jasmin, feeling a little sick.  "Yah, and there's nothing I can do for you," sighed Jason.  "Wait, hang on a minute."  Jason started rummaging through a small pouch he had hanging from his belt.  "I should have a few.." he said to himself under his breath.  "Ah, here we are," he said, pulling something out of his pouch.  He held out his hand to the kids, and they saw something glitter in his palm.  "I don't have time to explain how these work, but when you contact The Trust Of Humanity they can help you with them."  He put what looked to be a marble in each of their hands.  "You're giving us marbles?" said Jess with disgust.  "You're giving us all this shit aobut aliens and killing and other planets and.. and..." Jess' voice was getting shriller and she had to stop before she hyperventilated.  "These are not marbles," Jason said patiently.  "But like I said, I don't have time to explain them.  You have to make sure that John doesn't see them, or he will take them.  Also, do not show them to anyone except The Trust Of Humanity."  "How can we stop John?" asked Bren.  "Won't he search us or someting?"  "True," Jason said, thinking about the problem.  "Here, take these."  He pulled five small pouches out of his little sack, and handed one to each of the friends.  "Stick this under your shirts, on your stomach, and put the gems inside," Jason said, talking fast.  "He will not be able to find them."  "Right.." said Matt.  "Just belive me," said Jason.  Matt sighed, but did what Jason asked.  The others followed his example, and stuck the marbles, or "gems", in the pouch, and stuck the pouch to their stomachs.  Fully expecting it to fall to the floor, Jeff put his hands underneath it to catch it, but it was stuck on his skin!
