Intermediate Skills:

Barani: A front somersault with a half twist.  Named after Alfonso Baroni, an Italian acrobat and circus performer, who "invented" it in 1881.

Porpoise: Back drop, Front Somersault, Back Drop.

Ball Out: Starting from Back, 1 1/4 somersault to feet

Barani - Ball Out: Starting on Back, 1 1/4 somersault with a half twist, to feet.

Cody- From stomach, 1 1/4 Backward Somersault to Feet

Back 3/4 - Back 3/4 somersault, landing on Stomach, usually followed by a Cody.

Lazy Back - Back 3/4 somersault with a late half twist to the back.

1 3/4 Front - A 1 3/4 front Somersault, landing on the back, usually followed by a Barani or a Rudi Ballout.

Rudi - Front Somersault with 1 1/2 twists

Back Full - A backwards somersault with a Full twist.

Arabian - A backward somersault with an early half twist ending facing forwards.
