Basic Skills:

Tuck: A position where the knees are bent and drawn into the chest, with the upper body folded at the waist at an angle of greater than 45 degrees from the upper legs.

Tuck Jump: Move showing the Tuck postion alone... with no rotation or twist.

Straddle Jump : Move where the jumper touches both toes, coming out to the sides and shoing an angle of at least an angle greater than 45 degrees

Pike Jump : A move where the legs come up to meet the hands showing an angle at the hip of at least 90 degrees.

Seat drop : Landing on the bum at an angle of 90 degrees

Swivel Hips: Seat Drop, 1/2 Twist, Seat Drop

Roller: Seat drop, 1/1 twist, Seat drop

Back Drop: Landing on the back, with the arms and legs pointing upwards.

Stomach Drop: Landing on the stomach, with the legs together, and the arms tucked under the chin.

Airplane: Half turn to Stomach Drop.

Full Twist to Back drop:  Full Twist to Back Drop.

Cat Twist: Back drop, Full twist, Back drop.

Cradle: Back drop, 2/4 rotation, 1/2 Twist, Back drop

Corkscrew: Back drop, 1/2 Somersault with 1 1/2 twists to Back drop.

Crash Dive: 3/4 front Somersault(landing on back) Str8

Front Tuck: Full Rotation Forwards (flip) in the TUCK postition.

Back Tuck: Full Rotation Backwards (flip) in the TUCK postition.

Back Pullover: A move starting on the back, 3/4 back somersault to feet.
