*Get to a safe place as quickly as possible.
*Get medical attention as quickly as possible.
*If you are seeking to press charges, DO NOT bathe, change clothes, brush your teeth, douche, etc, so the medical examiner can collect evidence.
*Seek out local counseling or talk to a helpful hotline worker who is there to listen.
