WINDSHIELD RECYCLING
a.) Mixed Automotive Glass Scrap – Mixed Automotive Glass Scrap shall include mixed scrap automotive window glass and may include windshields and laminated safety glass.
b.) Sorted Automotive Flat Glass Scrap – Sorted Automotive Flat Glass Scrap shall include window glass from automobiles, but may not include windshield or safety laminated glass.
c.) Windshield Scrap – Whole scrap windshields from automobiles.
d.) 1/8 inch Recovered Auto Glass – 1/8" Recovered Auto Glass shall include recovered windshield glass processed and sized to minus 1/8" (inch).
e.) 3/8 inch Recovered Auto Glass – 3/8" Recovered Auto Glass shall include recovered windshield glass processed and sized to minus 3/8" and plus 1/8"(inch).
f.) Windshield PVB Scrap (loose) – Windshield PVB Scrap (loose) shall consist of Polyvinyl Butyl (PVB) recovered from windshield recycling operations. May contain small amounts of glass contamination.
g.) Windshield PVB Scrap (baled) – Windshield PVB Scrap (baled) shall consist of Polyvinyl Butyl (PVB) recovered from windshield recycling operations, compressed in secure bundles with an minimum weight density of 20 lb./cubic foot. May contain small amounts of glass contamination.
