Day 1-Victoria Falls Airport, Transfer to Hwange
After a meet and greet service in Victoria Falls airport we drive to Robins Camp .The Lodges at Robins camp are brick walled, thatched ,and have electricity and ensuite ,beedroom with running water . Rooms have twin beds and mosquito nets.After lunch at Robins camp, we explore the area using a special adapted 4x4 vehicle in search of game and return to the lodge in the evening to have dinner while the guide explains any sounds or tells stories about previous safaris .
Day 2 Hwange national Park
Up before the sun we set out when the animal spoor is still fresh from the activities of the night before. We first listen to any sound of lion or hyena and make follow ups afterwards . We will return to the camp for breakfast while the chef prepares our packed lunch.At mid-morning we will load our luggage into the vehicle and begin our game drive which will end up in the morning at Sinamatella. Between Robins and Sinamatella there are dams such as Mandavu and Detema ,widlife here is seen in incredible numbers, there is a remarkable concentration of elephants , zebras,Kudu,impala, groups of giraffes and rhino and a score of predators.Waterholes have excellent hides where we will relax and have lunch while watching Africa's wildlife .
We will arrive at Sinamatella camp in the evening. Sinamatella Camp is petched on an outcrop over looking a distant riverbed and grassy plains stretching as far as the eye can see.
Day 3 -Hwange and Victoria Falls
In the morning you will wake up in one of the most beautiful settings surrounded by the sites ,smells and sounds of the numerous birds and wild animals that inhabit the memorable place.
We will do another dawn patrol and return to the lodge to relax and have breakfast. Animals can still be seen from the verandah of the lodge . We will drive to Victoria Falls later in the afternoon, this is a drive through beautiful landscapes. Accomodation in Victoria Falls is varied from basic self catering lodges to 5 star hotels.We will recommend accomodation which suits your budget and help arrange for other activities of your choice, or you can buy our Victoria Falls vacation package.

Hwange National Park is the largest in Zimbabwe covering 14000 square miles . It was named after chief Hwange of the Nambya people who was assasinated in the 19th century by the Ndebele King Mzilikazi who wanted to take over the area and make it a hunting ground for his people since it had a lot of cats whose skins were worn by the king and his deputies.
This area of amazing beauty was set aside as a national park in 1925 and hunting was prohibited .Hwange boasts a tremendous selection of wild life with over 100 different species of mammals and over 400 species of birds.
Hwange elephants are world famous and its present population of 50 000 is the largest in the world.
This scenic national park is divided into three main focal points.
Main camp is at the main entrance gate , from the east.This area is dominated by teak woodlands and numerous pans that attract a lot of wildlife. The sandy soil is well drained and is favoured by elephants.
The central part is Sinamatella area which is the most beautiful and is characterised by hills , mountains and plateaus.This part is favoured by huge herds of buffalo,sable antelopes kudus,impalas,zebra and their predators includingly,lion,leopard , wild dog and cheater.Sinamatella is 100miles from main camp.
Further to the west from Sinamatella is The Robins area dominated by open grassy plains and wildlife which is never in either , Sinamatella or Main camp, these include roan antelope, gemsbok,eland,reedbuck or tsessebe. Robins is 40 miles from Sinamatella.The vast size of Hwange means that it is important for any visitor to be accompanied by guides who know the area extensively and are able to take you to the most beautiful areas of the park or the areas most favoured by your favourite animal.
