Ode To A Yank ~ By the Name Of Hank ~
Quite Unique On the Bands
(Or WB 3 IVI)

One day I heard a WB 3

CQ’ing on the band.

He desperately needed a VE3

For some project at hand.

Being in a dreamy mood that day

I did answer his call.

But let me tell you from that day on

My world is turned upside-down.

He is a man of many moods

Just ask Maria, his better half.

Sometimes they’re bad and sometimes good

To me it doesn’t matter at all

For being where I am, off course

To me he has no faults.

He has a way all of his own

To liven up the bands

Just listen when you hear him call

And you will under stand.

Under that seemingly cold facade

Beats one of the sweetest hearts.

Combine all that with Main’s warm blood

Then add a touch of salt.

Mix it all up, and mix it well

While stirring his laughter in.

Then add a spoon of: Tease, as well

And sprinkle with "Irish Temper".

Then....I advise, use the fridge not the stove

The ingredients might explode

And if that happens, take my word,

You’ll never be the same again.

Just look at me, for what it’s worth

And the proof I’ve offered to all.

When a day goes by that I don’t hear his call

My world goes upside-down.
