The Library is currently constructing an audio visual center to assist Acadamic staff and students in their teaching and learning careers.

   To be a leading academic library delivering information resource and services.
-Explore all sources of information by making use of information technology and expand the knowledge capabilities of the University community.
- Provide general reference and lending services to the University Community as a whole along with a continuous Internet service.

The CMHS Library maintains an online catalogue which will become available in all of the University of Gondar library branches as soon as the internet connection to each branch is completed.
Along with that a catalogue print out is under construction and will be distributed to the Maraki and Lideta Campus Libraries whenever the computer networks are all available.
INTERNET RESEARCH AND JOURNAL SERVICE.
Online Journals and research is currently being initiated by the library staff. Please speak to the professional staff to make arrangements for in-depth research.
Use of Internet for E-mail purpose is not permitted on the library internet.
