1.What do i need to do before a reflexology session?
You are adviced not to consume heavy meal 2 hrs before the session and wear loose clothing for relaxation.

2. What do i need to do after a reflexology session?

You are adviced to drink alot of warm water to waste away the toxins in your system and do not wash your feet for the next 1 hr, this is to prevent rheumatism.

3. Is reflexology painful?
You may experience some form of discomfort in the reflex point. These indicate stress or tension in that particular areas of your body. Some form of pain may occur during the session, however, the pain is "comfortable pain" as it is non-lasting after the pressure is release.

4. Can reflexology make a condition worst?
No. Reflexology is a non-invasive natural therapy that relaxes the body and is essentially harmless. On rare occasions, release of toxins as a result of the body's natural healing process may result in symtoms such as perspiration, nausea or headaches, however, these symtoms are harmless and temporary. 

5. If i do not feel any discomfort during the session, am i normal?
Yes. It is normal not to feel any discomfort if your body does not have any stress. However, some people are "out of touch" with their body, thus not able to feel any "good pain".These is prominent to people who consume lots of meat in their diet.

If you have foot injury or clots, thrombosis, phlebitis, ulcers or any vascular problems in the lower legs, discuss with your doctor before proceed for reflexology.
If you are pregnant, avoid reflexology as this could stimulate uterine contractions.


9. What side effects may occur?
There are no known side effects.

10. Is foot massage the same as foot reflexology
?
Do not confused foot reflexology with foot massage.
Massage rub the skin to work on the muscles. Reflexology works on the points below the skin by gentle compression. The soothing effects for massage is immediate during the session, the soothing effects for reflexology is after the session which also has a internal healing effects for the body.
